Industry panel backs Bitcoin SV for igaming

Bitcoin SV (BSV) is consolidating its status as a leading crypto currency solution for the igaming industry – offering transparency and speed, according to a panel of industry leaders.

CoinGeek chief historian Kurt Wuckert Jr, HandCash CEO Alex Agut, and WH Partners’ Dr Joseph F Borg discussed BSV’s impact on the industry during a panel titled The Perfect Match: AI, Bitcoin, and Blockchain, at the Caribbean Gaming Show 2021 Cloud Conference.

The trio dived into blockchain and digital currencies and how they may be implemented into the igaming sector. Borg agreed with a popular refrain in the crypto industry when it comes to gambling, which is that blockchain can make igaming more transparent and accountable.

Another topic broached at the virtual meet-up was that of microtransactions, a topic that is increasingly popular given the strength of BSV. The currency was recently touted as one of the best digital currencies for gambling.

Wuckert said: “Nano payments are unique to BSV because it’s an area where others cannot compete. We are trying to actually create this blue ocean where we are living in the nano payments revolution and economy.”

The panel was hosted by Coingeek’s Rebecca Liggero. Coingeek’s position seems to remain that cryptocurrencies and the igaming sector go hand-in-hand as they provide real-time, actionable solutions for the industry.

There are already many great examples of casinos that accept crypto and have been some of the best options out there, including, 1xBit, and FortuneJack.
